I can help you balance the fitness nutrition equation to evaluate & maximize the nutritional components of macro & micronutrients. This can help you sort through the confusion of how to make the best use of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, water, as well as, vitamins & minerals to help you to accomplish your health, wellness, & fitness goals.

NASM-Women’s Fitness Specialist:
Through my training as a Women’s Fitness Specialist I can help you overcome barriers that are unique to women & together I believe there’s no limit to what you can achieve!
I am able to train women of all ages and body types, including younger, pre- and postnatal, and older women & address the unique needs of the woman during all the phases of her life.
