Cancellation Policy

A lot of thought & care goes into planning for your appointments as I try to create a personalized & meaningful experience that is unique to you and your needs. As a result, I do require 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid you being charged for the missed appointment. If you are unable to or do not give 24-hour notice, there will be a charge to your card or account for the amount of the service scheduled & appointment made. You will not be able to schedule a next appointment until the missed appointment has been paid for in full. I know things happen & plans change so please just reach out, I’m always glad to help you reschedule or make other arrangements to avoid an unnecessary charge. No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made. *Out of respect and consideration to you, me, and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time*.
