Plantar Fasciitis Targeted Reflexology

Service Description

60-minute intensive session that specifically works to relax and lengthen the fascia, improve blood flow & circulation to the inflamed fascial bands and tissues, and is beneficial because it stretches and relieves heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis. During this special massage treatment, ligaments and muscles of the foot are relaxed and loosened, in addition to the calf muscles. The entire lower leg and foot experiences increased circulation, muscle relief and improved flexibility. Those who routinely go for a reflexology session generally experience less pain in the foot, heel and lower leg and are better able to maintain full flexibility when doing daily activities.

Cancellation Policy

A lot of thought & care goes into planning for your appointments as I try to create a personalized & meaningful experience that is unique to you and your needs. As a result, I do require 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid you being charged for the missed appointment. If you are unable to or do not give 24-hour notice, there will be a charge to your card or account for the amount of the service scheduled & appointment made. You will not be able to schedule a next appointment until the missed appointment has been paid for in full. I know things happen & plans change so please just reach out, I’m always glad to help you reschedule or make other arrangements to avoid an unnecessary charge. No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.
