Service Description

We meet at the grocery store of your choice and explore all the variety of foods and products available. We discuss food items, portion sizes, look at calories, serving sizes, total fat/saturated fats, nutrition label reading, reading for ingredients, looking for hidden sugars & additives, and learning how to figure the net carbs & sugar content of food items. Group rates are available if you have a group of your friends or family that would like to do this together. Contact me for more group option details.

Cancellation Policy

A lot of thought & care goes into planning for your appointments as I try to create a personalized & meaningful experience that is unique to you and your needs. As a result, I do require 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid you being charged for the missed appointment. If you are unable to or do not give 24-hour notice, there will be a charge to your card or account for the amount of the service scheduled & appointment made. You will not be able to schedule a next appointment until the missed appointment has been paid for in full. I know things happen & plans change so please just reach out, I’m always glad to help you reschedule or make other arrangements to avoid an unnecessary charge. No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made. *Out of respect and consideration to you, me, and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time*.
