And now I want you to also think about the goals you have for yourself; health goals, weight loss goals, life goals, retirement goals, etc. Facing your fear isn’t always about your healthy lifestyle goals. It’s about all the things in life that we fear. What things is it that you want for yourself? What things, when you look at your future self 5 and 10 years from now, that you know you want for your
