Say No to Excuses


Excuses. We all have them when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. The things we say we can't do, won't do, don't feel like doing. The things we feel we deserve to do that are not good for us or the “naughty” things we reward ourselves with. And slowly, with each excuse, we give our health away, and with each excuse, we gain more weight and get less healthy. We have given in to our excuses and we've LOST OURSELVES. When it comes to health and weight loss, you must develop a strong sense of SELF-LOVE and SELF-VALUE, that NO ONE can give you but YOU and GOD alone (and no one can take away!) You must be able to debunk the trappings of excuses and not allow yourself to get sucked into their deceptive trap of false "safety," "comfort" and "security"... because the truth is, we all know that by giving into our excuses we become overweight and unhealthy. There's nothing safe or comfortable or secure about giving in to those excuses. It's unsafe, uncomfortable, and leaves us feeling disappointed and more susceptible to illness and disease.


Say Yes to Yourself!


To have success in health and weight loss you must develop a strong discipline and commitment to yourself. You must love and care for yourself in a way that allows you to say NO! to your excuses and say YES! to your health. You must develop your own "inner coach" to help you push through those pivotal moments of CHOICE. You must be willing to change the choices and patterns of the past and be willing to give up those things that no longer serve you, that no longer support your health, your weight loss, or your wellness. You must say NO! to excuses and YES! to YOURSELF, because you can either have EXCUSES or you can have RESULTS but you cannot have both! What will you CHOOSE?


Love and Nourish Yourself and Your Health


The journey of health & wellness really does start with first awareness of what self-love is and how important it is (and that it is OK for it to take a bit ---you have to create the mindset and give yourself permission to be good FOR you), and then it becomes a daily decision and a CHOICE TO LOVE AND NOURISH YOURSELF EACH DAY through the food you eat, the exercise you do, and the life you live. This part...SELF-LOVE....is the most valuable gift I can impart to you. What choices can you make today to authentically love and nourish yourself and your health? YOU ARE WORTH IT!
