Reflexology. One of my favorite sessions I get to share with people. And it never ceases to amaze me what the feet can reveal about the overall health and condition of each person's body. Each set of feet are unique, just as each individual who comes to see me is. Each set of feet tell the story of that particular person in front of me.

I remember the day a client expressed that she felt bad for me that I had to work on people's feet all day. And I shared with her if she knew how much I love what I did, she wouldn't feel sorry for me at all. Each set of feet tells a story; it's like reading a good book! And I love to sit down with my clients and help them better understand their body, provide a safe and restful place for them to heal, and help bring about calm, balance, and healing to their body.
